weird PSP layers thing

>_< Something’s really messed up with PSP 6. I make a new layer, and try to name it “eyelid shades.” (If that sounds weird, don’t ask …) But! When I try to type in “L” (actually, lowercase, but I put uppercase for more legibility) the layers tool window goes away! I push “L” again and it comes back, so I try to type “L” again (I know, I’m very stubborn, and don’t learn easily because of it) and the layers window goes away again!

I skip over that letter, and type in “ids sh” but when I hit “H” the histogram window pops up! I type “H” again and it goes away. ¬_¬ I know, I know, “Well just skip typing ‘H’ too!” I can’t! I’m just that way! Everything needs to be just so! Or else I get really irritated. And confuzzled, if there’s lots of other stuff on my mind. :/ I don’t like the idea of having a layer called “eyeids sades.” ^_^;;;;

Arrrrgh!!! I have no idea what’s going on!! *looks around suspiciously* This never happened before. Is it something I did? Because I have other layers with the letters L and H!!! >>_<< What in high hell is going on around here?!

*sniffle* This means I can’t continue with my project! ;_; Well, I could, but it’d look really silly and funnay. ^_^;; I exaggerate. It’d only look really silly and funny to me.

*gasp* OOOOOOH!! It works now!!! ^_^. I don’t know why it wasn’t working before, though. ¬_¬

touchpad

Yes, I don’t know why, but using the touchpad for PSP is easier than using the mouse. No matter how slowly I move the mouse, I always have to CTRL + Z sooner or later. :/ Nooo controoool! Man, I stink at this stuff. And yet with the touchpad, I thought I’d have even less control. o_o It’s easier. So maybe a tablet wouldn’t be as hard to get used to as I thought. ^_^;; *goes back to working on her piccie pic*

Wheee, my laptop came today. :D It’s heavy. T-T And the case is heavy too. O.? Umm, Hidek turned it on. ¬_¬ And I don’t want to turn it off, cause … well, I’m not at the main screen, it’s a screen saying I have to read … stuff, and then press any key on the keyboard to say I’ve read it, and I don’t want to read it, so I don’t want to press keys on the keyboard either. And I don’t want to just turn it off because … I think that would be bad? ^_^;;

Um, did I ever say? I finished reading Lirael. Last Wednesday. ;_; Are authors allowed to do that? Make a whole long really good and juicy book, then make it “to be continued”??? Hmm, I don’t really mind, since it just means more goodness from Garth Nix, but still … when is Abhorsen coming out? :( *checks Amazon* “This item will be published in January 2003.” Wahhh!!! *sniffles* How will I live?

Oyeah, Hidek, Mama, and I went to Super Crown on Sunday, and the new ownership really really really … stinks. There were two shelves of sci-fi (two Star Wars books O_O) and the Young Adult and “chapter books” were still stuck together. >_< Seriously, does this tell me I’m supposed to move on from Young Adult? grar. They didn’t have Caroline B. Cooney, either.

So we went to Barnes & Noble, at the mall, and they didn’t have For All Time either. ;_; But I bought Episode Zero, Chobits 1, Crown Duel (double book version *dances*), and Witch Child. Born Blue still isn’t in paperback. *ponders* So, I read Episode Zero, and spent last night reading Chobits, then had a really weird dream that I don’t really remember. ^_^;

And Simpsons is in Spanish again. O.o What’s going on?

1:24 Mommy isn’t home yet. Wow, the laptop’s been on for quite a while …

Bored! Heehee. Okay, this is a lot of ramblings about music. Mainly CDs and mp3s.

So I’m bored. Until maybe about 4 today. Which is the time (I’m hoping) I’ll get ftp access to my site. If I don’t, I don’t know what I’ll do.

I thought I’d look at other domains/collectives, just to look at nice layouts, but I’m still bored with that. O.o It’s very odd. And I don’t really feel like posting at AN today. Maybe I will, it’s not like I resolved not to, it’s just that I haven’t actually set aside time to do so. Anyway, then I figured I’d play Starcraft until I get tired of that, then play … I don’t know, Fringer? and try to beat the top record? I tried that yesterday and got listed as second. The top record is really high. O.O And I thought I was doing really well! Owell.

Yeah, I guess I’m doing all that. But then, see, I want to listen to The Cardigans, specifically the CD Life. But if I’m going to play Starcraft, I can’t, unless I use that less-than-standard, jukebox-styled excuse for a CD player. The only way I could listen to it is if I downloaded WinAmp (won’t happen before Daddy reformats the compi, ’cause it’d mean more for him to move if I did), made mp3s of all fourteen songs (I can only make them on the other compi), then moved them to this compi (can’t, no network, and I don’t think Geocities takes mp3s, and if they did, I wouldn’t risk my account for it). buuu … see my predicament?

Also, I want to listen to Lovefool. On this CD. But it’s on First Band on the Moon. :( I don’t know why, ’cause that song doesn’t seem to fit with the other songs very well. ^.^ But umm anyway moving on … to I don’t know what.

Ooh. I have almost 40 CDs. And only one 20-slotted CD rack. Another rack would cost no more than $20, but that’s not my problem. My problem is my dresser has only so much space! I could switch the places of my stereo and CDs, then the CD racks could be turned 90° and sit side by side, but then my stereo will be in the very corner of my room again, and I don’t think it sounds as good there.

Hmm, maybe if I get the second bookshelf (oh! I got sooo close at Staples! but it had only two shelves and it was half a foot short) I could put the stereo on there and whatever I was going to put on the bookshelf can go on my dresser. :/ But when am I going to get a bookshelf??? Where are bookshelves sold anyway? Anyone know of any 3′×3′×1′ (approximately) bookshelves with three shelves for under $75?

¬_¬ I am so not right with things right now.

  1. AT&T is getting rid of the mediaone.net server/address/whatever. My website address is changing, my e-mail address is changing, and nothing gets moved from where it is now to the new address. ¬_¬ I just realized … I deleted some things from the compi that are on my peoplemediaone site. I know, it’s safe, but only for ten days. I don’t know when Daddy’s going to fix the computer. … Maybe I should get off? ^.^; Okay okay. Anyway, I don’t know right now if I should be putting all the files on the computer or my website. I mean, not all the files, but … non-necessary-for-being-on-either-one files. Plus my e-mails don’t get saved (unless I save them to the compi on another file … but then again I don’t think Daddy’s going to save them anyway!). So I have to go through all my old e-mails and save stuff I need. Like the quotes mailing list. Ohoho, how many quotes I have on there I should put on my site …
  2. Yahoo changed the IM so the old themes don’t work. >.< I’d fix it so it’d work, but the new toolbar buttons are scrunchy! I can’t work with that! erg.
  3. EZBoard is doing some weird thing to delete unused boards and clear up space. Also, I don’t feel like posting on the boards I’m supposed to post at. But I feel guilty for not going, and kind of like I’m missing something.
