Mommy and I got treats at Mitsuwa. We got nori and boro and rice candy. w00t! Except … they cheated me. ¬_¬ It saaaays “free children’s STICKER inside” and they give me a temp tattoo. Boo.

Mommy and I saw “Ringu 2” at Mitsuwa. Actually, I think that store is called Book Market or something. (It says “Recycle!” on their bag, haha.) Anyway. We were looking at the back and then Mommy put it back and as she was putting it back I noticed this tiny picture in the corner and I picked it up again and showed it to Momma and said, “That’s creepy.” It was just a picture of hair hanging off something with a white sheet covering the head and body. ^.^;; But it still gave me chills. >.> Yeah. I wanna see the Japanese version. Muuust haaave! Also the Animatrix. Hehehe. We watched the second one in multimedia. It was cool.

After dinner today I flipped through my favorites and Ewan McGregor was on the International Film Channel. I think he did an independent film recently? I’m not sure. It looked interesting, the little clip I saw … He said he doesn’t limit himself to just Hollywood films, he bases it on whether he can get excited about the script, and I thought … ‘He liked the Phantom Menace script?’ Well, maybe it looked good while it was on paper or something …

Oh yeah. I saw the last ten minutes or so of Rurouni Kenshin today. I saw what’s-his-name, the guy Noelle is talking about, the “12-year-old assassin.” :b Yeah, no kidding. x.x I don’t like his voice. I also don’t like Misao’s voice. Wai wai! I saw Misao today! Coool! :D (‘Cause Kaoru was such a disappointment :b) And people kept calling Kenshin a bum. Haha. Oh yeah. What’s-his-name. The guy who’s being called “Leader.” (I say, “Take me to your Lee-dur! :B” whenever I hear it. ^^;;) He had those two blades out of one sheath. Hehehe. nifty. Yeah.

hair, cosplay idea, and b2

I braided my hair last night while it was wet to make it wavy/curly/whatever, but the waves brushed out and now it’s practically flat. ;-; My hair is mean. When I try to brush it straight it goes poufy. When I try to make it curl, it goes flat. ^^; I should really use more traditional methods … but I don’t like heat on my hair, and I’m too lazy to use conditioner. ^.^;

Well, I figured if I did my hair this way and actually figured a way to make it more curly, then put it up in pigtails (like Miwako! ^__^), and got one of Miwako’s outfits together, I could cosplay her. XD ‘Cept I wouldn’t dye my hair whatever color hers is. (I can’t remember all of a sudden O.o) Then I thought maybe I could get an outfit that Yukari wore, and put my hair up that way (because she did it before). But I don’t have the extremely good looks or the loong legs. Pooh. :b But I am NOT dying my hair!

Then again, it’s not like I’d have a chance to cosplay. >_> *sigh* Oh well.

Oh yeah. I think I’m gonna try b2. Acause someone said GM is a bandwidth hog (maybe just when you rebuild everything?) and quite a few servers don’t allow GM to be run on them, and that it’s old software anyway. Um. Something like that. And besides. I keep feeling like changing my archives/entries/etc. pages, but I don’t want to rebuild everything. x_x I also feel like making a pop-up comments page or something. ^^; I dunno why. I don’t like pop-ups at all. Odd, no?

Ahhhh!! *is in trouble* ‘Cause I know I want ParaKiss 2–4 (yaaay! Waldenbooks has 2 in finally! might not have 4 though … ¬_¬) so that’s three books. But they probably wouldn’t have Flower Drum Song. The one at Westside Pavilion didn’t. And … I just never really went in a book store looking for a specific book unless it was part of a series. ^^;; And I’m not reading any series right now. So … if I go in … ahh!! I spent all my money?!?!

Yeah. :x Or maybe I could buy Kare Kano. Or … that other manga I was looking at. *can’t remember* Or I could buy more X/1999. The publisher is selling a newer edition of that. I don’t really understand why. It’s all more uniform, though, I gotta admit.

Oh. On Tuesday I bought Sailor Moon volume 11 aaaand … Megatokyo volume 1! XD Ish sho cooool. :D I’ve already read that part online (haven’t read the rest though ^^;;), but the printed version has a commentary by Fred. Yaaay. :) Is very cool. ^_^

I am seriously starving for Ai Yazawa stuff. I wanna read Gokinjo Monogatari. Of course I wanna read Paradise Kiss. Nana also looks good. And if I ever really need Ai Yazawa work, I’d want to read Tenshi Nanka Ja Nai.

Right now I’ve got a Mikako Koda wallpaper. Saddish, dark (of course), but with touches of pink. Yay. Not candy pink though. It’s a reddish pink. Hah.

I read my volume of Paradise Kiss 1 today. Err, finished it, that is. I started it on Friday. I want mooooore!!! I want to know what happens on Saturday. ^_~ Who would have ever thought that I’d be into this fashion manga genre? Well actually, I would have. But it ain’t just fashion here, oh no.
